Welcome to Eilean Sionnach Lighthouse Cottage. Our Gaelic name means the Island of the Fox and our unique self-catering cottage is situated right next to Ornsay Lighthouse, on a private island just off the rugged Isle of Skye.

Every room in the lighthouse cottage is stylishly decorated and every bedroom has a deluxe ensuite. A characterful living room and dining room are where you can relax and eat when you’re ready to come in from the great outdoors. The spacious lounge offers plenty of room for up to eight people to relax and unwind. Whether you read a book by the wood burning stove, search for wildlife through one of many windows looking across the Sound of Sleat or play a board game with the children, we hope you’ll enjoy the peace and tranquillity of your own private hideaway on Skye.

From here you can explore Skye’s top attractions and you’re also within easy reach of well-known tourist destinations on the mainland such as Plockton, Glen Sheil and Morar (accessible by the Armadale to Mallaig ferry).
